- 4 mushrooms (slice)
- 10 button mushrooms (cut into half)
- 100g oyster mushrooms
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1/4 onion (slice)
- 2 tbsps E.V. olive oil
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1/4 cup double cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Heat the pan without oil over medium heat. Add oyster mushroom, button mushrooms and mushrooms stir-fry for three minutes.
- Add oil, garlic and sliced onion and stir-fry for 5 more minutes.
- Add double cream and butter, salt and pepper to taste and cook for 2 more minutes.
